If you could talk to any artist, dead or alive, whom would you choose? What would you ask?
Diebenkorn. Perhaps just to give him a hug and thank him for my realizing I wanted to be a painter, not a printmaker. We could talk too but mostly the hug if he was open to that.
He is one of my all-time faves as well.
